Service Fee and Shipping Fee

Payment Due Date

Delivery

After the order is placed, from the day that all the items including back-ordered items arrive at our warehouse, the items will be delivered in the day indicated on the item page.
Customers can confirm the delivery status from [My Page].

Shipping Limitations

Cancellation /Return

[Cancellation] The Company does not accept cancellation. If the package is returned to FASBEE warehouse due to refusal by addressee or other reason, and the package is not requested to be re-shipped in 14 days, the order will be cancelled. In this case, the fee will be refunded after the actual shipping cost (including shipping fee and return fee) is deducted. However, in the case that the shipping cost is higher than the fee of the order, the fee will not be refunded.
[Return] The Company does not accept returns.
Provided, however, in the event the item is defective or differs from the ordered product, the Company will accept the return or replacement at our its expense.
In this case, please contact the Customer Center within 7 days of arrival of the product and follow the specified procedures.
In the event it is impossible to arrange the item, the Company will refund the total amount paid by the customer.

Defect Liability

As stipulated in SubartAs stipulated in Subarticle 9-2 of “Terms of Service”, the Company is not responsible whatsoever for inquiries regarding the description of received products etc., claims, defect liability, or other demands etc.
