About
Fiona was a leading headhunter successfully running her own firm for over 20 years. However she had a long term plan to retire early in order to pursue her passion for Botanical Painting.
In late 2008 she was able to take early retirement and at the start of 2009 commenced studying at The Chelsea Physic Garden for a Diploma in Botanical Illustration from the English Gardening School. She gained her diploma in 2011. Fiona was invited to join a prestigious group of botanical artists, Amicus Botanicus and in 2014 they exhibited their work at a Mayfair Gallery and then again in 2017 in Suffolk. Fiona has also exhibited with The Society of Botanical Artists, at The Mall Galleries and previously in Westminster, London 2022, 2019, 2017, 2014, 2013 and 2012
Fiona enjoys her new found passion as a Botanical Artist, and is now following her passions of painting and gardening with each enhancing the other. She has created cards and prints whilst also painting original watercolours some of which are available for sale.
